In late 2023, it had been disclosed that real estate prices would rise the coming year as well, but the consequences from the coronavirus outbreak affected real estate market in Serbia very quickly. After March 16, once the state of emergency was introduced, the real estate market almost found a standstill, which was particularly true for that purchase and sale of the property. However, we can state that real estate has completely reverted to the pre-pandemic period, some of the parameters reveal that the coronavirus has not greatly affected property prices for the time being.
