Thanks to the long-standing cooperation with UNICEF, Eurobank had a clear knowledge of the present needs of the health care system in Serbia
The coronavirus has undoubtedly affected all sectors from the economy, it demanded the implementation of timely and efficient measures, to mitigate its consequences as much as possible. Even just in these challenging times, Eurobank has shown a high amount of responsibility – towards employees, clients, partners and also the community by which we operate.
To minimize the potential of infection, even before your emergency was declared, Eurobank had made several steps to protect both employees and clients. Increased hygiene in most Eurobank branches and maximum implementation of strategies for protection from the coronavirus have been provided, and some from the daily activities were further improved to be able to provide clients with alternative digital channels for uninterrupted transactions, thus eliminating the need to go to a branch.
